Welcoming Sabrina to the MNBP!
It was so enjoyable to spend a few hours with Sabrina recording this episode as we munched on Sabrina's homemade banana bread and fresh fruit and sipped on tea. As you will hear, Sabrina has a beautiful voice and had much to share with us about finding balance as a busy Masters student at Copenhagen Business School.
Sabrina works and tries to find a balance in maintaining her studies, work, and her interest in yoga, meditation, and cooking. You will learn how Sabrina first became interested in yoga as it quickly became an outlet for her as she learned how to cope with the pressure and stress she felt at business school. We both agree that if you are generally interested in and want to explore something more whether it is yoga, meditation, or another avenue, talk to people who are doing what you would like to do or who are interested in the same thing as this will help you along and provide you a bit of guidance and you will not feel so alone.
