The constant connectivity that is required, endless hours preparing, and the culture of how lawyers typically socialize can, overtime, erode our sense of well-being and diminish our overall health. It is no surprise that lawyers and those in the legal profession are struggling and suffering, silently, because the legal profession has traditionally not been involved nor concerned about the health and wellness of its very members.
Lawganic is an advocate for providing trauma informed legal services including supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to minimize the negative impacts of working on intense, trauma facing cases. With a wealth of experience and having written extensively about law student and legal professional well-being our aim is to further the conversation and take action to support well-being in the legal profession and hold space for those within it.
