About Me

My name is Alexandra although I have gone by Cookie since I was only a couple of months old. I am convinced that community, connection, creativity, and movement can be instrumental in our healing. I am also interested in how holistic and sustainable wellness can substantially enhance how we experience our bodies, minds, spirits, communities, and our planet 🌍 .

Both my personal and professional experiences inform my work with others. Specifically, my practice is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed with a focus on exploring and strengthening the mind/body connection. To me, it is essential to create a kind, non-judgmental relationship with ourselves so that we can interact and engage with others and the world from a place of compassion and understanding.

Each day I feel gratitude for the work that I do.

May you be encouraged to ask for help, unapologetically, if and when you need it.

May you continue to take the best care of yourself as you continue to learn and grow.
