Florida only Telehealth - Mental Health Counseling Services

For individuals located in Florida, Lawganic offers telehealth counseling designed with the specific pressures of legal work in mind. This service is separate from consulting and training and is intended for those seeking confidential clinical support.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Burnout

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Trauma-related symptoms

  • Recovery support

  • Professional identity strain

  • Emotional impact of demanding legal work

Counseling can be one way to explore your inner and external landscape as well as start the process of healing. Some clients have specific reasons for seeking counseling at this time while others are curious about enhancing an aspect of their experience in life.

Counseling is inherently personal. Therefore, it is critical that each person feels comfortable with who they are working with. The foundation for therapy I provide is built on openness, acceptance, honesty, humor, and trust. I believe that we each have inner resilience and, from time to time, we might need a little more attention, care, time, and space to tap into it. I am adept in areas of coping skills, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships with both the self and others, and anxiety.

Individual counseling

Mindfulness based and trauma-informed with a focus on exploring and strengthening the mind/body connection. My practice draws on techniques from mindfulness, motivational interviewing, EMDR, cognitive behavioral science, and existential theory. I work from the belief that it is essential to create a kind, non-judgmental relationship with ourselves so that we can interact and engage with others and the world from a place of compassion and understanding.
