About Lawganic

Lawganic was created to help transform the culture of the legal profession by bringing trauma-informed, evidence-based well-being practices into legal education, leadership, and day-to-day professional life. It is founded by a professional whose career has uniquely bridged mass tort litigation, addiction counseling and treatment, trauma-responsive clinical care, and legal well-being education.

Founder bio

Lawganic is led by a practicing attorney in the mass tort space who is also a licensed mental health counselor with primary clinical experience in addiction counseling and treatment. She is a National Certified Counselor, trained in EMDR, and a 200-hour trained Hatha yoga teacher who has published, taught, and presented extensively on mental health, trauma-informed advocacy, and well-being in the legal profession.

Her work is shaped by years of experience both inside demanding legal environments and in clinical settings serving individuals seeking inpatient treatment for substance use and alcohol addiction. The dual background informs a grounded, compassionate, and highly practical approach to supporting legal professionals, teams, and institutions.

Why this work

The legal profession often rewards endurance while overlooking the human cost of chronic stress, trauma exposure, perfectionism, and overidentification with work. Plaintiff-side and public interest practice can be especially demanding because legal professionals are often holding both high-stakes caseloads and the emotional weight of clients’ suffering.

Lawganic was built in response to that reality. The primary purpose is to help legal professionals and legal organizations create healthier ways of working that do not compromise excellence, ethics, or impact.

Philosophy

Lawganic believes well-being in the legal profession should be treated as a professional capacity issue, a leadership issue, and a client-care issue. Trauma-informed practice, nervous-system awareness, sustainable work design, and access to appropriate support are not extras; they are part of what allows lawyers and legal teams to do difficult work well and do it consistently.

The approach is interdisciplinary, integrating legal insight, clinical expertise, trauma-informed principles, embodied practices, and professional education. The goal is not generic wellness language, but meaningful support that respects the seriousness and complexity of legal practice.
