07 | Olivier Guerrier on the power of keeping a positive attitude and the ability to succeed

I recently welcomed Olivier Guerrier to the MNB podcast. His perspective and positive outlook and attitude towards life is second to none.  We have experienced a handful of stressful situations together and even though I consider myself quite calm and positive, his aura and words were oh-so-comforting during these times!  This is yet another testament to that fact that we are here to help and raise each other up.

This episode is good for anyone interested in the power of positive thought. Olivier shared a personal hurdle he faced in becoming a licensed attorney particularly with the bar exam.  He talked about his experience, how he faced the challenge, and how he successfully achieved his goal of becoming a licensed lawyer. This episode also includes a few words that Olivier has for someone who is preparing for the bar exam.

      How Olivier explores

      The world:

"There are different levels that I can say I explore the world. The first way is by staying present."

Enjoying the beauty of nature. Using my senses, good food. Travel.

These are the ways that Olivier explores the world.

His mind

It is by knowing yourself.

Being true to yourself.

Never, ever lie to yourself.

Being present.

Knowing who you are and applying it to your environment.

If you want to be able to create change, start changing what you can change.

Work with yourself to achieve those goals.

Keep yourself accountable.

Keeping an open mind.

His current business venture.

His body:

By staying active.

By being more disciplined.

By starting the day with a positive attitude.

His spirit

By being positive.

By challenging yourself to always be positive no matter what.

Understanding that every single thing that happens in your life happens for a reason one way or the other.

Always remain conscious of being positive.

The one activity, habit, behavior that makes Olivier feel in his Natural Beet is

looking at any type of reviews on Youtube - this practice allows him to relax as well as continue to learn something new.

His final words for the MNBP:

"Everything happens for a reason,

just stay positive,

you will achieve your goals!"
