19 | Letting it Out with Katie Dalebout

Welcoming Katie Dalebout to the My Natural Beet Podcast!

She is cute, isn't she? YEAH!

If you are not already familiar with Katie, let me introduce you to her. She is resident of New York City, a green apple-lover and she is not only the host of her five-season, exceptional podcast called Let it Out, she is a published author of her book called Let It Out, A Journey Through Journaling.  Both are unique outlets that she created and continues to contribute to.  Her podcast has over 200 episodes with extremely interesting guests and the topics range from self acceptance and gratitude to community and creativity. Having read her book from cover to cover, I highly recommend it! There are 55 journal prompts which lead you to getting quiet and honest with yourself as you dive deep into your journal. Don't forget to get hygge - create your cosy space ;)

Journaling and writing by hand has always been a way for me to slow down, even stop, and think about how I feel in the moment about what is happening around me. If are you skeptic to journaling and cannot fool with writing by hand (hey, Mama Kay!) I encourage you to try it out. Find a nice pen, paper, space, and "Let It Out" as Katie so famously says!

I hope this episode will allow you to get to know Katie better as well as inspire you to stay inquisitive, present, and above all - stay true to you!
