Why

It all started when...

If only I could pinpoint the exact moment I decided that I wanted to create a podcast. The idea slowly blossomed from a feeling that I was not connecting (enough) with like-minded individuals who have similar interests and passions (and who are also doing really neat things!). While I concede that one hour feature episodes do not substitute meeting awesome people in your town and near to where you are in the world, I have found this platform to be a reliable channel to meet, learn, and connect with others while at the same time share with the world their good works. At first I thought I would go with written interviews but when I thought of my mom and how much she likes to walk, I thought it would be great if she was able to listen while she walks so enter the:

My Natural Beet Podcast <3

I am a big fan of my first guest, Jessica Murnane's One Part Podcast, and overtime have derived much joy listening to Jess Lively's, The Lively Show, and Katie Daleabout's, Let It Out

To sum it up this podcast is a vehicle to share my passion for learning, adventure, wellbeing, personal growth and encompasses the following:

This podcast inspires and encourages exploration of the world and of our minds, bodies, and spirits. Celebrating and connecting strong, confident individuals full of moxie from around the world one conversation at a time. Stories are exchanged, laughs are shared, and the contagious juju exudes. A vast array of topics are touched upon including but not limited to: exploration of the world, fully embodying, embracing, and accepting our individual quirks, finding the pearl in personal struggles, and every day practices that contribute to being our most vibrant, healthiest and happiest selves. Be courageous and speak your truth. It is my wish that these conversations spark each listener to walk to the tune of their own “natural beet” and be wholeheartedly and unapologetically themselves. May this channel accompany you during many outdoor activities, long travels, and maybe, even, when you just want some company.  Thus far each of my guests have been ALL-STARS. They have shared their light with me, spoken their truth, and to them I am so grateful. They continue to inspire me to be in My Natural Beet - staying true to myself, following my heart and my gut, and helping me notice, appreciate, and experience all of the good that we are surrounded each day simply by living in this world.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. You can contact me here. I hope these conversations encourage you to be confident in yourself and to most importantly, to love yourself - no matter what!
