lawyering that is not going to stop. Co-facilitated by Alexandra Echsner-Rasmussen, a Florida

attorney/wellness coach and Dr. Amy Wood, a psychologist, this well-rounded learning

opportunity will equip you with what you need to maximize productivity and minimize stress.

clear your mind so that you can be more effective and efficient at work

throughout the workday.

About the Facilitators:

Alexandra “Cookie” Echsner-Rasmussen is a Florida lawyer and is certified in yoga and holistic health. Specifically, her focus is helping lawyers and law students create sustainable habits that propel them forward in their personal and professional experiences. In her free time, she studies Danish and is passionate about wellness, fitness, and holistic nutrition. She loves spending time outdoors, moving her body and enjoying plant-based foods.
